Mexican Chocolate Cream Pie

 Cinnamon coffee cake atop a bed of creamy chocolate-cinnamon mixture makes for a quick and tasty treat.



Ingredients

  • 1
    Fiber One™ 90 calorie cinnamon coffee cake
  • 1/3
    cup sugar-free fat-free instant chocolate pudding, fully prepared
  • 1/4
    cup plain, nonfat greek yogurt
  • 1/8
    teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 3
    tablespoons Cool Whip fat-free frozen whipped topping, thawed

Steps

1) Whisk together the pudding, yogurt and cinnamon and spoon the mixture over the bar

2) Stick it in the fridge for 30 minutes

3) Take it out and add a dollop of whipped cream
