Chicken Cordon Bleu Impossibly Easy Pie
Savory dinner ready with baked chicken, ham and cheese pie served with potato topper and fresh chives. Perfect if you love French cuisine.
Ingredients
- 1cup cubed cooked chicken
- 2/3cup cubed cooked ham
- 1cup shredded Swiss cheese (4 oz)
- 1/2cup Original Bisquick™ mix
- 1/4teaspoon salt
- 1/8teaspoon pepper
- 2/3cup milk
- 1/3cup Progresso™ chicken broth (from 32-oz carton)
- 1/4cup chive-and-onion sour cream potato topper (from 12-oz container)
- 2teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 2eggs
- Chopped fresh chives, if desired
Steps
1 Heat oven to 400°F. Spray 9-inch glass pie plate with cooking spray. Layer chicken, ham and cheese in pie plate.
2 In medium bowl, mix remaining ingredients with whisk or fork until blended. Pour over cheese in pie plate.
3 Bake 30 to 35 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. If desired, serve with additional potato topper and fresh chives.
